  The first appt I waited about 20 min, the second I waited an hr and 15 min ,the third I waited 45 min. I decided to ask Dr. Raya if this was a common occurrence,as im a new patient and did not know! I immediately received a rude glare, followed by a snide remark of" this is the type of care I provide for my patients , then continue to disclose private ,confidential information about her last patient and what was happening . I proceeded to tell her that was not what I asked ! And asked my question again .Dr . Raya than became very short and irritated . I then asked her if I showed up 30 minutes late for my appointment but I still have my spot ? She began to tell me that we are not on the same page and that after my results she we be terminating are patient doctor relationship . I told her that was fine shortly after I said those few words she made such a snide comment that I laughed awkwardly and said thank you ! She does then apologized for her snide comment and continued to read me my results as she did so she neglected to tell me all the facts. I have never encountered such horrible bedside manner ,I left the doctors office feeling so horrible and distraught .Hearing my results and not understanding them, I actually went to the pharmacist next door who was more than happy to break it all apart for me and kindly explain and give me some relief !!!! I just wanted to say thank you so much for the horrible experience! Perhaps you should have been a lawyer ,then that way it doesn't matter if you leave people feeling like s***
