- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an appointment 6 months waiting list. My tire blew out on the highway. I sat cold in my car for an hour until I got someone to pick me up. I hit the ditch when my tire blew out . I called in to let them know and that I had to wait for a tow truck. Another 2 hour wait for my car to get pulled out as the tow truck said it would take that long all together. However when I called from my cell at the precious lady that picked me up and took me to her house to warm up. The receptionist said if you hurry you could still make it in. I explained it would take an hour for the tow truck to get out here and an hour for me to get in. I would not make it. She was rude and I was just beside myself. She told me that she will reschedule and i would have to wait another 6 months . This is a failure in our heath care system because I need to have this test done. Tomorrow I am calling to book in the U S. I have no choice at this point. Its not my fault my tire blew in the middle of winter and her compassion was at Zero.
